Overview

The Creative Director leads the creative vision at MKYCOMM — ensuring every brand, campaign, and deliverable resonates with clarity, originality, and purpose. This role bridges strategy and execution, transforming insights into compelling visual and narrative expressions across branding, digital content, and web design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate strategic direction into compelling creative concepts
• Lead visual and content ideation across brand, IMC, and web projects
• Provide creative direction to designers, writers, and content creators
• Oversee brand identity systems, content guidelines, and visual storytelling
• Review and approve key deliverables before they reach the client
• Ensure brand consistency and creative integrity across all outputs
• Collaborate with the Strategy and Accounts teams for alignment
• Inspire the creative team and foster an environment of excellence and curiosity
• Participate in high-value pitches and creative presentations

KPIs:

• Quality and originality of creative outputs
• Strategic alignment between concept and execution
• Client satisfaction with creative work
• Team performance and creative growth
• Consistency of creative standards across service lines

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years in creative leadership across branding, digital content, and design
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (design, copy, video)
• Strong portfolio of brand identity, campaigns, and storytelling work
• Fluency in visual language, tone, and content structures
• Comfortable reviewing and guiding both visual and written outputs

Tools & Platforms:

• Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
• ClickUp (for workflow and task visibility)
• Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (for reviews and art direction)
• Familiarity with content formats across platforms (IG, LinkedIn, Web)
