The Role:

Were seeking a Full-Stack Developer for Healthcare Solutions to enhance our frontend and build our next-generation backend. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences, robust APIs, and real-time features. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love solving complex problems with clean code, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of our innovative Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system tailored for clinics. Leveraging our modern technology stack, including React, TypeScript, and Vite on the frontend, and Node.js, Express, Nestjs, PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM, and Socket.io on the backend, you will help build a robust, secure, and scalable solution. This system is designed to streamline patient data management, enhance clinical workflows, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, adherence to best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code with tests and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across the stack.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in healthcare projects or EMR systems is a plus.
• DevOps experience (Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment).
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
• Performance optimization and monitoring tools.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills.

Backend Development:

•⁠ ⁠5+ years building ⁠Architect scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express, Nestjs and TypeScript.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in PostgreSQL and ORMs like Prisma.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with real-time systems (Socket.io), authentication (Auth0/Keycloak), and cloud storage (AWS S3/Azure Blob or Google Cloud).

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Redis for caching and pub/sub systems.

•⁠ ⁠Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases with Prisma ORM.

•⁠ ⁠Implement secure authentication via Auth0/Keycloak

Frontend Development:

•⁠ ⁠5+ years with React + TypeScript and modern tools like Vite.

•⁠ ⁠Implement drag-and-drop functionality using DND Kit and design systems with Tailwind CSS.

•⁠ ⁠Manage client-side routing and state with React Router.
