Overview

The Brand Designer brings brand strategies to life through identity systems that are visually distinctive, scalable, and aligned with the brands essence. This role focuses on logo development, design systems, guidelines, and the full spectrum of branded visuals — from corporate stationery to digital assets — ensuring that every brand touchpoint is consistent and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design brand identity systems: logos, marks, color palettes, typography, and iconography
• Create brand guideline documents and design system templates
• Translate strategy and narrative into visual direction and graphic language
• Design stationery, brochures, pitch decks, and other brand collateral
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Strategist and Creative Director
• Ensure consistency across digital and physical brand expressions
• Prepare assets for client delivery and print/web development
• Support visual concepting for naming, taglines, and brand storytelling
• Maintain organized files and clear version control

KPIs:

• Quality, originality, and clarity of identity systems
• Client satisfaction with final brand look and feel
• Strategic alignment between design and brand positioning
• Delivery of assets and guidelines on schedule
• Internal team satisfaction and clarity in applying design systems

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5+ years of experience in brand design or visual identity development
• Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and design thinking
• Deep understanding of visual branding principles and application
• Excellent eye for detail, layout, and typography
• Ability to take direction and also bring bold, fresh creative ideas

Tools & Platforms:

• Figma (primary tool for systems and layouts)
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (as needed)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Slides for presentation)
• ClickUp (for task management and feedback loops)
