Job Purpose

• Analyze customers behavior and monitor the market trends for Pre-Paid Customers to sustain Etisalat competitive edge and enhance the Customer Experience.

Report To Position Name

•Monitor & Coach subordinate, and review the work performance to ensure all requests are met. •Conduct pre-assessment as per the requests received from Pricing Team to validate the profitability and facilitate the decision making process for the management. •Conduct post-assessment on required KPIs according to the recent market move to evaluate its effectiveness and give recommendations if needed •Monitor Pre-Paid market trends and conduct data analysis to highlight any unusual trends and give recommendation in the weekly Trade Review meeting. •Review new market moves KPIs and aligns with the segment team to determine and actions and/or recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

• Bachelors in Economics and/or Statistics

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

•6 Years of experience •Commercial Experience, including 2 years Telecom.

EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

• 6 Years in Customer Insights in Telecom.
