Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Service role located in New Cairo. The Customer Service representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Location: New Cairo (5th settlement) / Mohandseen

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is a MUST
• Required English level: B2/C1
• Bachelors degree
• Excellent communication skills

Specifications

• Rotational shifts
• Rotational days off (2 days off per week)
• 9 working hours (including one-hour break)
