Purchasing Order Coordinator

KONE is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Purchase Order Coordinator based in Cairo, Egypt.

What will you do?

• Monitor purchase requisitions quality and monitor issuing of purchase orders ensuring compliance with preferred/approved suppliers, correct material and supplier master data, as well as efficient ordering channels

• Retrieve order confirmations, clarify deviations, and update purchase orders accordingly

• Follow up on delivery and ensure that goods received are done

• Handle feedback and manage day-to-day supplier issues

• Ensured compliance and adherence to KONE policies and procedures

• Will be acting as Process Developer and make sure governance is achieved and highlight when else, also generate reporting to monitor that and report to Business.

Are You the One?

• Bachelors degree holder

• 1-3 years of administrative experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain

• Proficiency in SAP (mandatory)

• Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken)

• Strong MS Office skills

• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities.
