With the aim of strengthening our Pharmacovigilance Team in Egypt, we are recruiting three Pharmacovigilance Scientist Specialist The PV Scientist Specialist supports the Clinical Safety & Risk Management Unit in the review and analysis of scientific literature information of Fidias products and contributes to maintaining the safety profile of Fidias products up to date. Main Responsibilities

• Oversighting the monitoring of scientific literature screening (Global and local not-indexed), coordinating the relationship with the involved vendors/Business Partners.
• Performing the result analysis, filling in the applicable tracking logs expected by Company SOPs with data and info required.
• Performing the review of Papers for the purpose of Signal Detection analysis and Safety Documents preparation for Fidias medicinal products for human and veterinary use, in compliance with the Company strategy, Corporate SOPs and GVP.
• Performing ad hoc literature searches, to respond to specific questions from Competent Authorities or from the Head of Department/EU & UK QPPV.
• Complying with the Corporate SOPs and WIs, guidelines and any Pharmaco-Vigilance requirements.
• Assisting the Signal Detection Committee for preparation of data, material and document for the Signal detection meeting, contributing to the signal detection process.
• Archiving the electronic and/or paper abstracts and/or full texts of articles.
• Writing any SOPs and Working Instructions in compliance with national and international guidelines and Regulations.
• Contributing to the Audit/Inspections readiness as well as the implementation of any Corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnologies or other scientific related fields.
• 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance management system, Safety Database Management and International Literature Database Management.
• Knowledge of GVP, PV Legislation and related guidelines, MedDRA Coding.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, planning, organizational and teamwork skills.

Our offer:

• Permanent contract with Fidia Egypt.
• Annual Gross Salary between 450.000-500.000 EGP.
