Egypt (giza) Supply Chain On-site Early Careers ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITI ES

• Prepares a daily delivery schedule according to Drivers schedule and peak delivery time vs shipments received to ensure on time delivery.
• Plan and coordinate loading out process by applying knowledge of customers time windows and peak delivery times.
• Resolve operational and delivery problems that required immediate actions and follow up with sales team especially any returns to follows and documented before drivers left deliveries locations.
• Maintain tracking repots of day-to-day issues and activities. (Daily drivers load out issues report / return invoices tracking report/ daily rented trips report / daily helpers attendance report)
• Ensure adherence to logistics procedures and policies.
• Maintain a professional and strong relationships with sales team, warehouse team and other support functions .
• Ensure Shipment compilations.
• Ensure deliveries locations VS driver routes through GPS tracking and planned routes maps.

ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

• Education Required: Bachelors degree in business or equivalent education
• Strong Leadership skills
• 0-2 years of experience in fleet management
• Strong communication skills
