We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing various human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an in-depth understanding of HR processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of orientation materials and conducting new hire orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and track candidate progress.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, helping to resolve workplace issues and promote a positive work environment.
• Assist in managing employee engagement initiatives and support the organizations efforts to improve workplace culture and morale.
• Performance Management:
• Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking timelines, helping managers with performance reviews, and ensuring that feedback is provided.
• Assist with the development and communication of performance improvement plans, as needed.
• Benefits Administration:
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Provide employees with information on benefits options, enrollment procedures, and resolve benefits-related issues.
• Training & Development:
• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Support career development initiatives and offer guidance on growth opportunities within the organization.
• Compliance & Record Keeping:
• Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance appraisals, and training history.
• HR Administration:
• Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, preparing HR reports, and maintaining employee files.
• Prepare documentation for employee terminations, promotions, and transfers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems) is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
