Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Service Delivery Engineer to join our team, specializing in PowerScale, PowerFlex, and VxRail technologies. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale deployment and optimization of storage and virtualization solutions for enterprise clients.

• Key Responsibilities
• • Lead and manage end-to-end service delivery projects involving PowerScale, PowerFlex, and VxRail.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and design tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain PowerScale and PowerFlex systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Manage the integration of VxRail appliances into existing frameworks, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or similar technical role.
• Strong expertise in PowerScale, PowerFlex, and VxRail technologies.
• Proven experience in deploying and optimizing large-scale storage and virtualization solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and teams.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in storage and virtualization.
• Certifications related to PowerScale, PowerFlex, and VxRail are preferred.
