San3a Tech is looking for passionate instructors to join the Edumakers Diploma, a project-based program that helps educators integrate digital fabrication into K-12 learning. Youll guide teachers and pre-service educators through Maker Technology, Learning Sciences, and Maker Mindset, helping them master digital fabrication machines, programmable electronics, and learning theories while fostering creativity and collaboration. If youre excited about hands-on, innovative education, wed love to hear from you!

• Understanding the programs mission, vision, and objectives.

• Mastering and being up-to-date with the skills we teach.
• Attend and actively participate in the instructors TOT before the beginning of the round.
• Participating in class preparation by attending the instructors meetings once a week.
• Preparing for the sessions by going through the Instructor Guide.
• Delivering scheduled sessions and reporting on your progress.
• Following the recommended approaches for solving practice examples and exercises.
• Following up and reporting on class and students progress.
• Reviewing, evaluating, and providing feedback on student progress.
• Providing adequate daily availability to support students via communication platforms.
• Maintain human connection during virtual settings by turning your video on.
• Engaging students throughout the class.
• Aligning with the co-instructor and the node team.
• Being committed to the schedules and timings.
• Keeping track of the machine usage during the sessions.
• Ensuring that the session setup is adequate to support the learning activities.
• Leading capstone projects ideation, planning, execution, and progress tracking.
• Promoting a respectful environment free of harassment and discrimination.

• To have a good technical background in Arduino programming, electronics, computer-aided design, and digital fabrication.

• To be open to learning new skills like woodworking, bio-making, … etc.

• To have a basic knowledge of instructional design, STEM education, …etc (Having proven experience in these topics is a Plus.)

• Having proven experience as a teacher trainer is a Plus.

• To have excellent organizational skills (working or volunteering experience is preferred)

• To have excellent written and oral communication skills

• To have previous experience in teaching and mentoring adults.

• To be able to devote 15 to 20 hours per week (online and offline- depending on the program schedule)

• To be available and fully committed to the program schedule (link).
