Develop, standardize, and harmonize technical guidelines and processes across the organization. 5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project management practices. • Program Management:

1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the power transformer services organization 2. Implement program management frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, ideally in the power or energy sector.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; additional certifications a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
