Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients end to end enterprise architecture including business, application, integration, data, infrastructure, security, and operating model architectures, and ensure Business & Technology alignment

• Develop future-state digital architectures aligned with rapid delivery methodologies and new technologies, and leveraging best practices in clients industry

• Set-up and run enterprise architecture capability at clients

• Act as technical design authority and provide architecture governance and assurance during digital solutions implementation

• Pro-actively interact and collaborate with senior management levels at client and/or within Accenture

• Lead complex engagements end-to-end across all delivery components: client satisfaction, value delivered, teams management, financials, etc.

• Originate business opportunities within a client and lead end-to-end the business development effort with client and Accenture teams until successful sale closure

• Drive internally enterprise architecture skills, assets and capability building and identify opportunities for collaboration across Accenture and ecosystem partners to win in the market

Key Skills

• Strong data-driven consulting with focus on business and technology value architecting and realization

• Strong enterprise architecture planning & implementation

• Deep understanding and proven skills on various architecture topics - Modern architecture, Event driven, AI powered, Open, Real-time, Cloud native, DevSecOps…

• Strong awareness of tech trends in the markets context

• Ability to operate cross industry, with preferred architecture experience in Telcos, Oil&Gas, Banking, and/or Government

• Ability to shape client objectives and influence decision making at senior management levels

• Ability to pull together multi-disciplinary teams for enterprise architecture, lead and coordinate to achieve shared outcomes

• Ability to pull-through business opportunities and close them

External Hire Archetype

• Minimum 12+ years work experience - at least 8 years in enterprise architecture

• Proven and relevant past consulting experience; alternatively strong in-house enterprise architecture division / pre-sales roles (but would have to demonstrate intrinsic consulting skills)

• Certifications: TOGAF, Open CA, CBA, SOA, Cloud, CISSP…

• Arabic speaking preferred and fluent English

• Network of relevant relationships in the Middle East market
