Job Purpose

To assist in realizing the roaming rollout targets and maintain high quality levels of the roaming services together with introducing new roaming services that aim at increasing the roaming revenue.

Report To Position Name

• IREG testing (GSM, CAMEL ,GPRS and VT testing with Roaming partners). • Add and remove operators from the Roaming Replicate. • Test new marketing promotions for roamers. • Update and handle the international SMS routing. • Coordinate for testing and launching of new MMS interworking agreements. • Monitoring the GRX performance and advising for upgrade or downgrade. • Handle customer complaints regarding the international roaming services. • Handle the technical problems encountered by our the roaming partners. • Troubleshoot, solve problems and trace signaling problems. • Study different solutions provided from different vendors. • Handle technical implementation and launching services. • Operate and maintain the roaming services platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

• University Degree in Communications and Electronics • Minimum 1 to 3 of years Experience • Very Good Computer skills, Advanced MS office is required. • Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

• Experience in telecommunication filed, preferably in the roaming department. • Excellent ability to work under pressure. • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent problem solving skills.

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

Fresh graduate or 1 year experience.

Essential: GSM and UMTS overview Signaling SS7 course CAMEL protocols courses GPRS signaling and protocols courses Introduction to UNIX Desirable: Advanced Excel Shell programming using UNIX MSC operation courses for Ericsson and Huawie MSCs SQL programming.
