Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information
• Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs
• Ensures all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer

Job Qualifications:

• English level HightB2/ C1 ( Fluent in English )
• Graduates from any major

Job Benefits:

• Night/ Overnight shifts
• 16,250 EGP Monthly gross salary
• High chance of Promotion within 6 months
• Transportation provided , Door to door transportation for girls after 9 PM
