Banking Advisor (Fluent English)

Graduates only with 6 months proven experience in the call center are welcome to apply!

Required Documents:

• Updated resume (Must match the experience in the insurance print out).
• Letter of experience that shows the 6 months experience (or 9 Social insurance printout that matches the experience in the CV until experience letter is provided).
• Utility bill that shows the name of the father (to confirm the address in the National ID), if address is different, youll need to provide proof of residence (apartment rental contract).
• Military certificate.
• Criminal record (directed to Concentrix).
• Experience reference check from your last employer of 6 months (starting date - leaving date - reason behind leaving - and feedback if possible).
• Graduation certificate.
• Consent (authorization form).
• I-score check from your bank or from the central bank.
• Birth certificate.
• Valid national id.
• Social insurance print-out.

Qualifications:

Experience in the call center field for at least 6 months.

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluency in English language.
