The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of talented SEO professionals to support the long-term success of our clients. The ideal candidate will have all-round SEO experience covering on-site, off-site and technical SEO as well as content production and project management. You should be able to articulate key features and benefits of SEO. Full training is provided by our in-house team and your work will be key to achieving our mission of helping our clients grow organically. Key Responsibilities:
  • Have a firm understanding of how search engines operate and index content, and be familiar with current algorithms in use.
  • Execute technical SEO deliverables, including UAT checks, supporting web migrations, robots.txt analysis, XML sitemap checks, redirect mapping, canonical tag implementation, broken link identification, 404 error resolution, handling unindexable pages, and improving page speed.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports with optimization recommendations.
  • Experience with Google My Business is highly preferred, as it contributes to enhancing local search visibility and brand presence.
  • App Optimization skills are a valuable asset and are preferred, as they can significantly improve app performance and visibility in app stores.
  • Identify and track core and emerging keywords, providing actionable insights.
Content:
  • Work closely with account leads and local market teams to implement SEO initiatives designed to achieve client SEO goals.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize high-quality, keyword-rich content to improve organic visibility.
  • Execute content-related deliverables, including content briefs, content audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimization of landing pages and meta data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal content performance.
  • Engage a problem-solving mindset, manage time effectively, communicate clearly, and maintain attention to detail to ensure work is completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Provide regular updates on project timelines, deliverables, performance reports, competitive intelligence, and other follow-up tasks.
  • Be a self-starter, motivated to develop SEO skills through training, self-learning, and tackling new client challenges.
KEY Skills Experience:
  • 1 year of experience doing SEO in a digital media agency or in-house.
  • Have the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
  • Experience working with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush & Screaming Frog.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Natural curiosity to think outside of the box and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration.
  • Able to communicate effectively, and work as part of a team.
  • Experience using basic features of PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (E.g., Creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations, sorting and filtering data, creating graphs and tables).
  • Advanced understanding of keyword ranking tools with the ability to draw insights where necessary would be an advantage but again training will be offered.
