Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Location: Sheraton, Cairo
Working Hours: 8 hours/day with flexible working hours
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission + Performance-Based KPIs
Job Description:
Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.
Present an appropriate business appearance at all times while working.
Identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.
Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Following up and keeping the CRM Data updated.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Making business calls to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Education, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education and training industry.
Strong understanding of the education and training landscape, including different learning formats, delivery methods, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
