Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling print and digital collateral, including:
• Course brochures, flyers, posters, and banners
• Social media graphics and carousel posts
• Email newsletter templates and website banners
• Create short promotional videos and animated clips for online marketing
• Develop on-brand layouts, infographics, and presentation decks
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to translate content into visual assets
• Ensure consistency of visual identity and brand guidelines across all channels
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Optimize designs for various formats (print, web, mobile, video)

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in a design or agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital campaign work
• Basic motion-graphics and video editing skills
• Excellent typography and layout skills
• Solid understanding of branding, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Ability to take direction and work both independently and in a team
• Strong time-management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
