Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute local market sales strategies. 2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients. 3. Lead and mentor the local sales team. 4. Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights. 5. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Qualifications:
- Engineering background is preferable
- Very good MSO and internet
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency of both English and Arabic languages
- Experience with Facility Management industry
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Hard worker
- Leadership skills
- Very good negotiation and selling skills
