Senior Backend Developer

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with 4+ years of expertise in building scalable and efficient backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Spring Boot, Flask, Java, Python, Microservices architecture, and PL/SQL. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services, ensuring seamless integration and performance across distributed systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Spring Boot, Flask, Java, and Python.
• Architect and implement Microservices solutions to ensure scalability and flexibility.
• Work with PL/SQL to design and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data models.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and other teams to integrate backend services with front-end applications and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex backend systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical leadership, and ensure best practices in backend development.
• Continuously improve backend architecture, security, and efficiency through code reviews, performance tuning, and innovative solutions.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Flask for backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python for building scalable, high-performance applications.
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and implementation.
• Strong experience with PL/SQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying backend services in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar technical role.
• Experience with modern software development practices (Agile, CI/CD, etc.).
• Relevant certifications in backend technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, Python) are a plus.
