We are looking for a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Designers, to ensure that our products meet market needs and are delivered on time.The ideal candidate must have significant experience using Jira for task management, sprint planning, and tracking progress. In addition, experience in writing test cases is crucial to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. If youre someone who is passionate about products and has a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product development tasks and workflows using Jira, ensuring efficient tracking of features, bugs, and sprints.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand product requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Work closely with development and design teams to ensure timely delivery of features and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in creating and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to help the team stay on track.
• Write clear and concise test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to developers for improvements.
• Ensure that test cases are properly documented, maintained, and executed for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation related to product specifications, features, and workflows.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in product management or as a Product Specialist.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and best practices
