Job Title: Banking Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • A banking advisor is the primary point of contact for clients seeking advice on their banking needs
  • Banking advisors also conduct risk assessments, review credit histories, and analyze clients financial circumstances.
  • A banking advisors responsibility extends to creating personalized financial solutions for their clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent in English (High B2 English Level)
  • Having experience 1 year in Customer Support (6 Months at least as a customer support or tele sales Advisory)

  • Flexibility with Rotational shifts (Morning-night and overnight)
