JR BI Developer (Big Data Cluster Management)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior BI Developer with experience in big data cluster management to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business intelligence development and managing big data environments to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. Requirements: Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Manage and optimize big data clusters (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for performance and scalability.
• Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into reporting systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across BI systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data workflows and cluster environments.

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in BI development and big data cluster management. Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. Hands-on experience with big data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive). Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling concepts.
