Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in New Cairo. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing the customer service experience, and representing the company in a positive manner.

Location: New Cairo (5th settlement)

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is a MUST
• Required English level: B2-C1
• Bachelors degree (gap year students are welcome to apply as well)
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus

Specifications

- Rotational shifts

- Rotational days off (2 days off per week)

- 9 working hours (including one-hour break)
